Someone has already told you that FMSO means Foreign Military Studies Office, where I thought the article came from that you translated. All I know about this site is what I got from clicking on to it from this thread. Maybe someone else knows more: i.e., how to send them your translation for posting in English.

Thanks. I was confused earlier when you mentioned the FMSO, I thought it was a different group from the one where I got the original Arabic document to translate. Anyway I could not get to contact them, for some reason the "contact us" is not working on their website. I will try to find other way to send to them or the appropriate government agencies.
