Lake Havasu City [AZ] recently denied a request by the Mexican government to set up an office in the Aquatic Center to process Mexican Consulate identity cards.

I hope no one will be inconvenienced by this.

just for the hell of it.

It's as easy to get as a passport from the Conch Republic.
