The Patriot Guard deserve recognition for their action. That nut case leading the protests deserves a padded cell.

introduced a bill to honor the Patriot Guard, a national network of motorcyclists who turn out at funerals for US soldiers killed in Iraq to counter a Topeka church's protests.

State governments are passing laws against protesting at funerals. I would think that protesting at funereals would fall comfortably into the "fighting words" exemption to free speech. It is incitement.
