There's no contracted company. It's all Census. They have a call center in Indiana that's Census operated.

In retrospect that ticks me off even more now....If they are federal employees then they should extend some freaking courtesy when they talk to me. I can understand that kind of tone coming from a $4/hr telemarketers...but NEVER from a public servant.
