What is with the people who listen to the comments of entertainers and consider their opinions any more important than some guy at the bus stop?

C'mon, I like Belzer on TV, and he has the right to his opinion just like anyone else, but his views matter only to him.

In the first place I don't know who this person is or what his credentials are. He calls acting a real job? And what are his film credits? Just because I've never heard of him doesn't make him a bad actor, but since very little of worth comes out of the film industry these days.....

Secondly, the 19 and 20 years olds have perhaps been yanked out of college, like my son. Jemians Terror (his FR screen name) scored a 1200 on the SAT, was 11th in his graduating high school class and gets work as soon as he walks in the door to apply for jobs. He is a leader on his campus. Out of love for his country and so the battle won't be fought any more on US soil, JT joined the Army Reserves. He's been activated and will be leaving school TWO WEEKS before the end of the semester. Then he'll join his unit and get shipped overseas.

I defy this trumped-up worthless nobody to place his resume at age 19 next to my son. Belzer doesn't stand a chance.

This jerk-ass thinks it's still 1968. A great many of the soldiers sailors and Marines fighting this war ARE college educated. Besides that since when did a college education denote intelligence anyway? As far as not being able to get a job, our employment rates in this country are about 96%. Illegal aliens that I bet you this douche Belzer supports wholeheartedly are taking up lots of jobs. Maybe he has a point about 19 and 20 year old kids not finding jobs. The jobs they used to get are now filled by Paco. But even at that, every military in the world has a few guys that just couldn't find work elsewhere.
