I hope he doesn't really understand how he is being used. If he does understand then the darker comments here apply. If he does not understand than he is just too STUPID to be in the US CONgress! How do you not understand this?

I don't think that intelligence is a prerequisite for a congress critter. As far as I am concerned stupid congress critters are legion. Nope I don't believe stupidity is a dis-qualifier.
