Interesting. Hadn't thought of this angle. But it really doesn't throw a monkey wrench into anything. If the Supreme Court were to overturn Roe v. Wade (considering the bench is doubtful) and the issue were to return to the states, theoretically there would be situtations much the same between states that kept abortion legal and those that didn't. You would have abortion clinics in those border cities as well.
