The website was shut down on November 2nd 2006 after the IAEA complained to the New York Times that some secret aspects of Saddam nuclear program were published. Unfortunately the bureaucrats got their way and shut the website.

I take it these were secrets that the IAEA "missed" when they were supposed to be looking for them!
