Can you imagine running into Savage when he is on one of his benders? Yikes almighty, I'm sure he is a real fun drunk.
I always just assumed he was doing his show drunk.
When he calms down and applies logical thought and facts to an issue, he's usually right on the money. Too often, though, he's just a conservative version of Al Franken/Randi Rhodes. Just a lot of needless screeching and wailing backed by less-than-logic and almost no facts.
