UNC Chapel Hill used to be a premiere educational institution. Based on its reputation, thousands of parents send their very intelligent children to Chapel Hill, believing their children are getting a near ivy-league level experience and education.
The only message a UNC Chapel Hill diploma conveys to a potential employer today is:
a) the applicant scored well on his SAT's (if he's white)
b) the applicant has just spent four years sitting in classes that subjected him to communist brainwashing.

Having lived in Raleigh for 8 years, I say, do not spend your money having your children indoctrrinated in this "Berkley of the East"
