Amen...now is the hour. The protests over the weekend by hundreds of thousands of illegals should be a wake up call. They are a slap in the face to the laws of our nation and should have the exact opposite effect as that intended by the protestors.

Hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals waving foreign flags, and many of them calling for, in essence, annexation of parts of our nation should wake every loyal American up to the depth and breadth of the problem.

I think our best bet for getting something done is at the local level. If we could get 37 states to pass a law that stated that local officials would arrest illegals and the federal government had 5 days to collect them and move them out of the state or the state would begin charging $1,000 per day per illegal to the federal government, perhaps something would be done.
