No. I don't think Milosevic comes under the heading of just a person I don't like.
Now, would I mind if someone killed Castro? Nope. Or killed Kim Jung-il? Nope. Or killed Mugabe? Nope. Or killed Ali Kahmenei? Nope.
Would you mind?
