Youth possession and sales laws. They actually grade Utah out at an A- and B for these restrictions.
On the other hand, Utah gets a demerit for passing a law requiring the University of Utah to comply with the state constitution regarding the right to possess a gun on campus.

Months after it was shown that the Beltway sniper was using a stolen, untraceable weapon, the Brady Bunch still had material prominently displayed on their website claiming that ballistic fingerprinting could have caught the sniper in the first few days of the case.
There is nothing Sarah Brady will not lie about. She lost any sympathy I had for her long before I left the lib ranks.
Oh, and Illinois got a freakin' A-. GRRRRRR...

Your problem is that you aren't shooting innocent bystanders. Try it -- you're grade will improve.
(Do I really need the /sarcasm tag?)

I don't understand why Georgia didn't get an F. Because unlike we in Florida, you haven't instituted a policy of culling innocent bystanders, it would seem.
To: RogueIsland
I especially liked it when the Brady Bunch took out ads warning tourists (even in Britain) that their lives would be in danger if they came to Florida, that angry motorists would be shooting each other right and left and taking the tourists down in the process. Some even believed it, sigh.

I was thinking the same thing...a nice set of graphs and charts would be nice for the DU'ers who need pictures for everything.

Texas got a D-. Dang it, so close... I know. I wanted us to have an "F-". We've worked hard for our reputation. We deserve better recognition. ;-)

{Alaskan} Bill expands self-defense rights
Tuesday, March 28, 2006 - JUNEAU--The state Senate passed legislation Monday expanding when people can legally use deadly force and protecting them from civil lawsuits if they do.
Under the bill, Alaskans could use deadly force at work or in their vehicle to stop a kidnapping, carjacking, robbery or sexual assault of an adult or child.
