This article is about social coservatives, so it says. They are probably fiscally conservative, too, but that is not what this artical is focused on.

Is it not true that ten years ago the illegals was coming over the border? Was it not true that twenty or thirty years ago illegals was a problem? Makes little sense to me to put everything else on the back burner until we solve the immigration problem. It took the nation over twenty years to stop the massive influx of the 1890's and that was a much less politically correct time.

Yes we are losing this country slowly to the illegals, I would rather lose it slowly than quickly to the Islamic terrorists.

There's 3 of us, and I know there are more dissatisfied FReepers who don't post. A lot of conservative old-timers rarely post anymore.

If there was ever a time to get this U.S. Constitution Party "show on the road," it's now.

I agree, airdalechief, I don't like all of their planks but it's better than what we currently have - also believe they need to find a couple of very charismatic vice and presidential candidates, as well as one for each seat in the Senate and House in every state. And let's not forget state legislatures.

I love the Constitution Party, but they need to win a gubernatorial, U.S. senate or congresscritter seat, before they can be taken seriously.

You are quite right. But they need to go whole-hog at the outset.
