Her statements now are strange. I'll hold off until she is out of Iraq and home for a week or two. THEN I'll begin to question her mental state. No one here has any idea of what they would say in hte hours following such an ordeal. If you think you do, you would be be wrong.
After a couple of weeks here, she will have conferred with a lot of people who will make sure she has her story straight. Frankly, I would be more inclined to believe what she says now.
Caroll grew up in Ann Arbor where radical liberalism is the norm. I'm not saying Caroll is part of that contingent, but her home town won't think too kindly of her if her statements run contrary of "it's Bush's fault."
