If the state of New Jersey's cities, municipalities, and school systems are employing fiduciary negligence, and spent government funds inappropriately, without the knowledge and consent of taxpayers or investors, holders of New Jersey tax-exempt securities, school district bonds, municipal bonds, and utility bond investments have been jeopardized.

Fiduciary negligence is taken very seriously by law enforcement. This should be immediately investigated to protect investors assets.

Report your concerns to enforcement@SEC.gov.
