Good night, this woman is a total looney tune. She is one lost election away from wandering the streets mumbling to herself while pushing a shopping basket full of random garbage, dishelved lice-ridden hair, filthy clothing and a foul stench. Hell, by the look of her she's already there.
February 16 is way too early for someone to be playing an April Fool's joke on her.
Apparently the thinks that is a good look for her, which proves she's insane.
2/16? Really? I live in the Atlanta area, and this is the first I've seen this "new" look. Of course, I'm not in her district (thank God!).
