Hollywood would be best to make family films again.

it seems hollywood is not about making money, that is almost a side issue. for them it seems much more important to flaunt their beliefs, their lifestyle, their social changes.
Parents like the idea of a family-safe film we can take the kids out to.
If we want to watch a film for ourselves, we generally just get the DVD.
You hit the nail on the head. When was the last time we had a "John Wayne" - type flick like Sands of Iwo Jima with an American war hero? Where did all of the partiotic warriors of the silver screen go? Why isn't John Rambo kicking some raghead *ss? I'd pay double the price of admission to watch a "war on terror" movie with a pro-US theme.
