Apr 3 2006 2:17PM Moscow confirms Serbian media published actual Milosevic letter

MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - A copy of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic's letter to the Russian Foreign Ministry, published by the Serbian media in March, is identical to the original, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Mikhail Kamynin told Interfax on Monday.

The Belgrade newspaper Politika published Milosevic's hand-written letter to the Russian Foreign Ministry for the first time on March 17.

"That Serbian newspaper published a copy of Milosevic's letter identical to the Russian Foreign Ministry's copy. We understand the letter reached the Serbian media from Milosevic's lawyers, who had earlier passed it to the Russian embassy in Holland," Kamynin said.

In the letter, Milosevic complained about improper medical treatment offered to him by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and again requested permission to undergo medical treatment in Russia," the Russian diplomat said.

It's becoming increasingly clear that Milosevic knew those looking to cover up their hand in bringing the AlQaeda-backed KLA to power in Kosovo sought to eliminate him from the picture.

Perhaps you missed the part where Clinton bombed Serbia for resisting the Islamofascist KLA's takeover of the Serbian Province of Kosovo? Or perhaps how this was viewed by those who want the US to hand over "Aztlan" to be independent?

Bozos like these (two misled freepers) are why AlQaeda has a network from the Middle east all the way to Europe, with Western governments defending Islamofascists terrorists who are the same ones training and arming those ou soldiers fight against in iraq.

Oh of course how could I be so mistaken, the UN and EU have taken a hard line against Muslims. Chechnya, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, France, the answer has been the same every time; both the UN and the EU are completely and utterly pro-islam.

The entire War was about using western military to fight on the side of the KLA terrorists... it was the most unconscionable and immoral military action the US has been involved in in the last 100 years if not more..

Madeline Albright, Bill Clinton and Clark should be hanged for their actions.

I have. The KLA started small, but expanded rapidly in reaction to Serb brutality. Most members were villagers and farmers fighting to defend their homes and their families. Here's what Senator Jesse Helms had to say about the matter:

We are endowed with those "inalienable rights," as Thomas Jefferson proclaimed in our Declaration of Independence, not by kings or despots, but by our Creator. The sovereignty of nations must be respected. But nations derive their sovereignty - their legitimacy - from the consent of the governed. Thus, it follows, that nations can lose their legitimacy when they rule without the consent of the governed; they deservedly discard their sovereignty by brutally oppressing their people. Slobodan Milosevic cannot claim sovereignty over Kosovo when he has murdered Kosovars and piled their bodies into mass graves. Neither can Fidel Castro claim that it is his sovereign right to oppress his people. Nor can Saddam Hussein defend his oppression of the Iraqi people by hiding behind phony claims of sovereignty.

Perhaps this would be a good time for you to link to the State Department document(s) you're basing your comment upon.

But you clearly support the idea of giving the KLA sovereignty in spite of how many Serbs, Jews, and Roma they kill in Kosovo.

So, why don't you develop the courage of your convictions and just start refering to Serbs, Jews, and Roma as Untermensch?

So long as it's your beloved Muhammedans doing the murders, that is.

Well, I have people in here saying that they read it and they clearly haven't. If they dig deep and go a little farther than google or their mailbox they might find some answers.

The fact is our State Department designated the KLA as a terrorist organization until Clinton and Albright carefully covered this fact. With Billy and Maddie, they went from a terrorist organization to champions of democracy. Why? Because it served the Clinton administrations interests with Islam. The UN sat back and watched Muslims burn hundreds of Orthodox Christian Churches right in front of their noses and did nothing. This to wipe out any evidence of Christianity in the newly conquered semi-Islamic state of Kosovo. This is history repeating itself because people can't remember what they had for lunch let alone history of a place they could find on a map before all of this happened.

Hell one congressman couldn't tell me where Serbia was or even who Serbs were, but he supported bombing it 100 years back. Clueless.

Also during that time BinLaden got his new passport from Bosnia and was known, by the state department, to have been heavily involved in the Islamic unrest. Hell, you had Islamic Mudjahadines coming in from Saudi, Iran and the like to help. Germany even trained some of these people. Their old WWII buddy.

Much of what I am seeing here is just a bunch of Islamic propaganda and a bunch of crap that is simply regurgitating the anti-Serb CNN rubbish.

One day, people here will know what it is like to live on an Islamic fault line. Europe might be consumed by Islam by that time. But at some point, Europe will be forced to do what the Serbs were punished for.

France is first on the list. Iran doesn't need to develop nukes, Islam will simply consume France and become a nuke power by default.

Cheers,
SQ

The fact is our State Department designated the KLA as a terrorist organization until Clinton and Albright carefully covered this fact.

According to whom?

Richard Gelbard referred to the KLA as a terrorist organization back in '98, but that was not the State Department's position - you can refer to any of the State Department's Country Reports on Terrorism to confirm that fact. As to Clinton and Albright somehow deleting the KLA from reports and ensuring they weren't added back in once Clinton was out of office, well I'm afraid that falls into the Conspiro-theorist worldview which I don't ascribe to.

President Bush the Elder warned Milosevic about Kosovo back in '92, and had Bob Dole been elected President in '96 instead of Clinton, he likely would have acted more forcefully in regards to Milosevic. As it stands right now, American Balkan policy doesn't much change regardless of which party is in power - both Bosnia and Kosovo have seen their Muslim populations reject Islamic fundamentalism, with Bosnia's Muslims coming on board with the enforcement of the Dayton Accords in '96, and the KLA rejecting Al Qaida in '98 when Claude Kader came to offer their services.

If you are interested in Al Qaida's attempt to set up shop in Bosnia, Evan Kolmann's Al Qaida's Jihad In Europe is the authoritative tome on the subject, and as to Kosovo, nobody's written much worth reading on the subject as of yet, because there's really not much to discuss other than what happened to Kader and his 4 compatriots. The way things turned out, if you want to discuss what happens when the United States is active in an Al Qaida area, you'll have to direct your attention to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, or Afghanistan, not the Balkans.
