This is hooey. My redneck husband and I went to Chattanooga for the Rock City/Lookout Mountain/Ruby Falls sightseeing and apparently were on the same track through the tours as this group of Muslim (obviously), Arabic speaking men and one young woman. They were nice as pie and noone treated with anything but respect.
There are bigots EVERYWHERE, if you seek them out, you will find them.
That's the point. If they troll for bigots long enough, they will surely find them, and then they'll put together a show that suggests that the entire audience at NASCAR are redneck bigots, evil conservative racists. They even plan to send these guys in to multiple events because they know that most of these trolling expeditions probably won't work.
About the only thing that can undermine this kind of carefully selected distortion of the news is to get the word out about what they are doing. Unfortunately, the MSM still has the biggest microphone, although it's getting a bit smaller every year.
