I just think it's very strange New Yorkers can kill their babies at any time yet get locked up if they dance.

Hey you think that`s bad, you should see the psychos they let roam the street. There was a guy out on parole last year for trying to kill a cop, and what did he do while out on parole? He killed a cop. Just about once a month, if not every week, you`ll read about someone who has a rap sheet as long as your arm who kills somebody, then the usual questions come up "Why was he out on the street?" But hey, at least he wasn`t dancing!
