Now let's see if we can get a similar bill passed in Congress that removes the “duty to retreat” if an illegal alien comes across our borders and threatens the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of American citizens and legal immigrants in our homes, vehicles, places of business or any other place we have a legal right to be.

This legislation should also state that Border Patrol agents and individual land owners upon whose properties illegals trespass may use necessary force to defend against illegal infil-traitors.
