There was video footage of President Clinton yelling obscenitites at a reporter and having his security detail run him off (can't recall if the guard shoved the man or not).

The article snipe says "A security guard for Rep. Cynthia McKinnery had a slight run in with reporter Scott MacFarlane..." but actually the reporter had the run in with the guard.
The guard did the shoving, the reporter was not being confrontational (i.e. blocking her path).
