I just think this is so funny. Poor Gov Bush -- he says what he means, but, people just don't believe him sometimes. I don't know why. But then it gets to the point where he has to say "No, hell, no." LOL! Why don't they just believe him the first time? He's been saying the same thing all along here. LOL...
