Weapons of Mass Destruction Found

About Our Book: In direct contrast to the popular phrase, "no weapons of mass destruction have been found," this text presented overwhelming evidence that weapons of mass destruction (WMD) have been found in Iraq. Chemical weapons, a biological warfare program, and key components of a nuclear weapons program were discovered by coalition forces as a result of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Both mustard and nerve agents were used against U.S. troops in Iraq in 2003. Over 50 chemical munitions have been captured in Iraq since the 2003 invasion. In addition to the captured chemical munitions that could kill over 100,000 people, cyanide blocks and active cyanide production labs have been found in Iraq. As a result of Operation Iraqi Freedom, coalition forces discovered biological weapons feed stock in the home of a prominent Iraqi BW scientist to include the most toxic substance known to man. The feedstock when combined with growth media could be used to produce massive quantities of biological agents within weeks. An active production line for Bacillus subtilis was discovered in 2003 that Iraqi scientists confirmed could be converted to an anthrax production line in less than a week. In addition to the declared dual-use facilities that could be quickly converted to make biological weapons, coalition forces found numerous undeclared biological labs in the Baghdad area as well as mobile labs, some of which were buried with expensive equipment and documents on how to make anthrax inside. In spite of UN sanctions and inspections, Iraq managed to preserve key components of its nuclear program to include maintaining stockpiles of undeclared enriched uranium, maintaining uranium enrichment technology, and continuing research to develop a nuclear weapon. Nuclear material to include yellowcake and enriched uranium were found in Iraq after the 2003 invasion. As a result of Operation Iraqi Freedom, centrifuge parts and an ion implantation program to preserve EMIS technology both of which are used to enrich uranium were discovered in Iraq. This book will allow you to review the details of the types and quantities of Weapons of Mass Destruction Found in Iraq as a result of Operation Iraqi Freedom. It includes pictures of U.S. troops capturing nuclear, biological and chemical weapons in Iraq in 2003 and 2004 and details the weapons found to date.

Explain the Hamilton NJ Post Office, please. Not only did Iraq have WMD's they DID use them against us. Thank G-d, they were pretty dang ineffectual.”

I never understood this one. The fact is we know the anthrax was weapons quality marital but we never linked this to Iraq? Why didn’t we check if it came from the same labs as that we knew existed in Iraq?

"The fact is that what has been found was a tiny fraction of what we were told was there."

Except Bush never told us "they were there". He said, repeatedly, that Iraq had not accounted for large quantities of chemical and biological agents, and was not cooperating with the UN to explain what happened to them. He reported intelligence reports that Iraq was pursuing technology to build nuclear weapons. He explained that in a post 911 world you could not give Saddam the benfefit of the doubt. He did not say they had them.

In a State of the Union speech before the war he said "Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike? If this threat is permitted to fully and suddenly emerge, all actions, all words, and all recriminations would come too late."

Of course, as your post attests, and others have written here, it doesn't matter what the facts were at the time. The accepted version of events is that Bush lied, and that's all there is to it.

I think the Iraqi documents release and jveritas' translation of them the MSM running scared. Todays crawl on msnbc repeats the story of the two trucks that were found to have been possible mobile WMD labs. They are trying to say that Bush lied about them to the American people. I have no doubt about WMD presense in Iraq before, during and after the initial war there. The MSM has it's credibility on the line on this one and will stop at nothing to smear the President and this administration. Why? Because they hate him. Nothing else. Just hate.

Also ignored by the deniers here are WTC I, OKC, TWA 800 -- Iraq was involved by proof since found or likeyhoods with each.

And then we have the recenet statements by two (at least) generals in the Iraqi Military undert Saddam about the movement just prior to our attack of the WMD to Syria, and to Russia. The reports of Russian spetznatz special agents detroying evidences of Russian involvments with Iraq's military and WMD programs, and the recent translations of now public Iraq military and government documents -- to the readiness and preparations for restart of of the nuke program ASAP after the weapons inspectors were vacated from the premises -- and efforts via the French, Germans and Russians being bribed to assure that such vacancy would soon happen, had not George Bush acted when he did.

Denial of danger is an easy out that has taken many men to their graves and destroyed whole cities and, at times, nations.

Sorry but I don't buy that explanation. All the world knew that Iraq's weapons came from the USSR and France. That would have not been surprise nor would it have required any confrontation since these were deals going back decades between sovereign states most of which predated even the first Iraq war.

President Bush is keeping them just confused enough to remain splintered and divided.

Why would President Bush weaken his presidency by hiding the fact that WMDs were found? He is now in a position where he probably couldn't get authority to attack Iran even if he wanted to. If indeed the WMDs were there, and I believe they were, he needs to present all the evidence.

"Cuz if we found them we would have to point our finger in the direction they came from and we are not quite ready to confront Russia or China at this moment."

Fine, let's point at France. We can spare two companies (one for logistics).

Why doesn't prove they were there????

Diplomacy and stratergery.

President Bush believes he can win the war of words without proving his critcs wrong.

Seriously From Bill Clinton on down to the most junior democrat congressman they all know that Saddam had WMD's, only the useful idiots are complaining about it.

Wise up? What an insulting little liberal you are. They were allowed to check their 'tags and seals' but they had been forced to wait many months to get permission from Saddam. Get stuffed, democrat.

Perhaps it was hushed up quickly because the discovery was not something they wanted known to 'insurgents' or terrorists until the cache could be dealt with by removal or destruction by coalition forces. Not an uncommon approach ... see also the hush regarding the tonnes of yellow cake found South of Baghdad, the 'training gasses' found in Salman Pak, etc.

Not a bad idea, except they saw it had been cleared out within a couple of days, and still not a peep to anyone about what had been found. We're not talking a small amount, either--we're talking about a sizeable gymnasium-sized building stacked with this crap.

If the anthrax attacks were done by Saddam, wouldn't we have had to respond with nukes? (I always thought US policy was ABC attacks were to be retaliated with by nukes...)

Nukes would be a bit harsh with only 5 deaths from the anthrax attack.

Pehaps you should go back and re-read my post to which you replied and then respond in a manner consistent with my statements, rather than your own fantasy interpretation. Your final conclusion is silly on the face of it too.
