DURHAM, N.C. - DNA testing failed to connect any members of the Duke University lacrosse team to the alleged rape of a stripper, attorneys for the athletes said Monday.
Citing DNA test results delivered by the state crime lab to police and prosecutors a few hours earlier, the attorneys said the test results prove their clients did not sexually assault and beat a stripper hired to perform at a March 13 team party.
No charges have been filed in the case.

This should rip the leftist political correctness of campuses and lying media to shreds for how they rushed to believe this woman of extremely dubious character (that's being generous). But it won't have any effect, I predict - there won't be any real soul-searching in the MSM or at Duke's putrid campus, and instead all the leftists will rush to make everyone "move on" to the next charade of PC-nonsense.

I'm afraid you're right, Enchante. When I think how people around there and in the media "wanted" it to be true, it makes me sick. The lives of those young men have been hellish for weeks.
What I was always curious about but didn't enter the threads to discuss because so many people around here think it's unseemly to even question a "victim" is: Why weren't those 47 lacrosse players put in a line up for her to ID. Why get the DNA from all 47?
It's not whether it REALLY happened that counts. What counts for the MSM (just as for the dems) is that it COULD have happened.
