I am utterly sick and tired of this childish crap about how Bush lied us into war. The only liars I see are some Democrats, some members of the news media, and their friends on the Left. And their lying is nothing but totally politically motivated.

Saddam Hussein was a bad actor who needed to be removed.
And I am glad we did what needed to be done.
I certainly feel safer with Saddam captured and Iraq liberated than not.
And to liberate Iraq in less than three years with less than two thousand KIA's is nothing short of remarkable.
If you recall prior to the Iraq war, the so called "experts" predicted ten of thousands of dead if we invaded.
And as far as the WMD's are concerned, chances are they were either moved to Syria or dumped in the Euphrates or both. But as far as I am concerned, the day we captured Saddam Hussein was the day we found the WMD in Iraq.

Yep, it's purely political. The Dems decided to not miss a beat and start working toward the next election the second Bush took office.

The big question I have is why did Bush apologize for the 16 words? They were all true--always have been true. When he came out and apologized for making a true statement, he ceded this issue to the anti-American lefties. Talk about stepping on your own crank. If there's grounds for impeachment, it for being stupid enough to apologize for speaking the truth!
