Factions of the Pro-Murder of the Unborn crowd are so tolerant.

The abortion industry is very diligent about protecting its
turf."By any means necessary" seems to be their motto, which is funny because that's been The Former Twelfth Lady's motto for the last 35 years...or more.

The picture in the story is the woman who was injured (if it's not coming up, just click on the link to the story).

This is Vancouver, B.C, CANADA, not Vancouver, WA, USA, right?

I hope they catch the assailant and lock her up. If it were the other way around they’d have burned the pro-lifer at the stake right there in the middle of the street.

Nope, no picture. Probably some grotesque feminazi type with hairy armpits and a shaved head.

I think so. The article is from a Canadian site.

It being Canada, they'll probably arrest the victim for criminal "hate" speech...

The very few instances when pro-life whackos have used violence around abortion clinics have been endlessly publicized by the MSM, but they never publicize incidents like this, which is reported by a pro-life source, not the MSM.

Incidents like this are extremely common. Abortion clinic protestors have frequently been attacked. People have destroyed their signs. Cars have driven up on the sidewalk and hit protestors. Police have used violence making arrests of peaceful protestors. There have been thousands of incidents, as opposed to the dozen or so on the other side that have gotten so much publicity.

One more sign of the sickness of the MSM.

Well if the police take video tapes for evidence maybe protesters need two cameras (and someone to watch your back).

On Friday afternoon April 7, 2006 a pro-life demonstrator was viciously assaulted...

Too bad she got hurt, but I can understand how that sort of thing can happen. I get called all sorts of nasty things by pro-life protesters on my way into work every weekend. Someone probably had enough of being called a Nazi.

Have any pro-lifers been blown up and/or killed protesting outside a clinic yet?

The MSM is certainly sick...and certainly knows that killing abortion providers is bigger news than a lone pro-lifer getting attacked but not killed.

I guarantee you had this noble woman been killed, it'd make news.

Where do you work?

An eye clinic in Minneapolis, our building rents space to a abortion clinic. I get routine verbal abuse, and some of the things that the protestors say to young women who work in our office are very nasty indeed. For a while I tried to explain the difference between our office and the abortion mill, but they either didn't understand or didn't care.

It's strange to be on the same side of an issue as someone else and still feel the urge to smack them.

In that case I empathize with your situation.

Could be, but I seriously doubt it. The violence and hate in this debate usually is from the murduring side of the fence. I've seen it often enough.
