I tend to bring up the ban tobacco sales to the socialists. When they really start squirming about the loss of revenue, I hit them with the it ain't so dangerous then argument.
It's worked so far, but we shall see....

I don't see any way they can lose, unless the judges are bought off. You can argue the point that it's discrimination against small business,by the casinos being exempt, or say that if it's REALLY about health, then casino employees are being discriminated against. Either way, it's discrimination.
