Robbers stab Little Canada store owner A well-liked convenience store owner in Little Canada suffered stab wounds in a brazen robbery captured on surveillance video. Amar Albosaad was stabbed by robbers he says he had previously seen shopping in his store. The attackers may have been familiar with Albosaads routine, as they only stole the approximately $900 in cash he was carrying and did not attempt to steal from the cash register.

Right by my house. :-(
And I was just thinking the other day how nice it is to live in a community where we rarely make the news for crime.
Time to outlaw stores.
Build the Wall!
Out of three local papers, only one mentioned the minor fact that the perps were MEXICAN! Might be nice to know before they attack again.
Always carry a Glock, not $900.
Got it in one, bro. I need to remember that line.

"We're going to go get a gun permit and have a gun here from now on, just for our protection," Saad Albosaad said.
Perhaps another conservative in the making.
in this case the brilliant tough guy banditos used a knife.
I realize they used a knife but would not it be great if a Mexican brought a knife to a gun fight and the gun was mine.
that would be funny.
Violent Little Canada robbers identified

Police have identified the two suspects in the violent knifepoint robbery of a Little Canada convenience store.
The men have been identified as Fernando Marcia and a juvenile suspect. Both suspects have long criminal histories, and police describe them as dangerous.
Police say Marcia is a local leader of the 18 th Street gang, and is possibly affiliated with Serranos 13, considered one of the most dangerous gangs in the nation.
Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher says he believes both suspects in hiding locally, but may flee Minnesota.
Our first step is to search here, says Fletcher. We believe he [Marcia] is still in the metropolitan area. We believe both suspects are here.
Police say there are several leads in locating the pair in the Twin Cities, but say the manhunt could cause the pair to flee to California, Colorado or Arizona.
Marcia is known to have a long criminal record, including thefts and drug possession.
He will become increasingly desperate, he has a violent history, says Fletcher. He is wanted now for aggravated robbery and attempted murder, and desperate people are more dangerous.
Police expect a warrant to be issued for the arrest of both suspects Wednesday.
The juvenile suspect may also be identified Wednesday pending permission from a juvenile court.
I hope they catch these thugs soon. I'm afraid to be outside with these guys on the loose and possibly still in the area! You'd really have to live in the area, or know someone who does, to even know this convenience store exists here. Pretty scary.
