What is with the ATF? Someone, from a college campus no less, calls about someone weird walking around and they pull this stuff? I'm all for securing the nation and all, but it gets harder to be pro-LEO.

He should sue for assault. That's hardly a reasonable search they've got going on in that photo. As far as not being under arrest, he doesn't exactly appear free to go in that photo either.
