Those ATF guys couldn't have caught him if he kept running, but then they would have taken him out with a bazooka or something like that. What a bunch of losers those dudes are....I smell a lawsuit coming, holding a cuffed "prisoner" with a knee to the neck...what jerks!

The picture should be sufficient to prosecute the asshole for excessive force and battery.

And why were no pirates arrested? Clearly there is a double standard for their fellow worshippers of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

And why were no pirates arrested? After looking at their offensive production, it was determined that they are not a serious threat.

Every agent in that picture should go to Federal P.M.I.T.A. Prison for at least a couple of years.

Gee, too bad we can't have this hyper-vigilant, quasi-military federal law enforcement heroism DOWN AT THE BORDER!
I hope this kid's lawyer puts a real hurt on the F-troop.

Clearly, this guy wasn't much of a ninja or he wouldn't have got his butt kicked by the feds.

Seeing someone with something across the face, from a federal standpoint thats not right,
Unless of course your are an illegal alien...... Or a BATFE agent.
Then you can even mask your badge number.
BTW, notice any badges on those "ATF agents?" in the photo in post 2? How was the guy supposed to know they weren't a couple of thugs, er criminal thugs, out to do him harm. Oh I forgot, schools are generally gun free zones, so anyone pointing a gun at you at a school must be assumed to be law enforcement or a state or federal agent.

Gee, too bad we can't have this hyper-vigilant, quasi-military federal law enforcement heroism DOWN AT THE BORDER! Oh no they might get hurt. The federales and Mexican Army types in the pay of the coyotes and drug gangs may shoot back, in fact they usually shoot first.

Apparently no federal agents anywhere have seen any of the illegal immigrant protests. Do the live on Mars? No but if you keep saying stuff like that, they will make an inspection tour of Uranus.

Violent crime in America is down by 60% per capita since the Republicans came into office. People try to claim its because of a demographic shift but because of demographics we should be seeing more, not less crime with the baby boomer's sons becoming young men.
As a result the government police forces are desperate to find new 'crimes' and uses for themselves. New crime - dressing up as a ninja.

Seeing someone with something across the face, from a federal standpoint thats not right, McLemore said... I see... I suppose we have to start living our lives by whatever the Great Federal Government deems right or wrong.

And notice that in the photo they have the kid handcuffed yet they still have to have the obligatory knee smashing the fact into the concrete maneuver.

It is one of the basic problems with a "standing army." The troops get bored and start harrassing the innocent.
We had a Revolution because of this kid of stuff.
