The word just to the right and above Harry's hand, Grant minus the G, says it all as far as Harry's intent, just one more 'rant' from the obstructionist slimeball.
He deserves a cell next to Abramoff.

Why don't Reid just re-introduce his excellent 1993 bill?
To: NormsRevenge
Gee, Harry, then why did you block it last week?
To: NormsRevenge
Polls come in and the Dems reconsider their position. Big surprise.

I'd tell Reid to go suck a cactus after he shoves it through his butt.

Every time the libs throw something big, it turns out to be a boomerang and comes back in their faces. This one has done a 180 on them.

The following is a song from the Marx brother's movie Horsefeathers. It applies to Reid. Someone should just overlay Groucho on top of Harry's speech.
Whatever It Is, I'm Against It
I don't know what they have to say,
it makes no difference anyway,
whatever it is, I'm against it!,
no matter what it is or who commenced it,
I'm against it.
Your proposition may be good,
but let's have one thing understood,
whatever it is, I'm against it!,
and even when you've changed it or condensed it,
I'm against it.
I'm opposed to it,
on general principles I'm opposed to it!
(Chorus)
He's opposed to it!
in fact, in word, in deed,
he's opposed to it!
For months before my son was born,
I used to yell from night till morn,
whatever it is, I'm against it!,
and I've kept yelling since I commenced it,
I'm against it!

Before leaving last week, both party leaders had embraced a compromise that would let the majority of the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants remain in the U.S. and get on a path to citizenship but require those in the country less than two years to leave. What does that have to do with the "Guest Worker" bill the President asked for?

"
Frist and House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., issued a statement Tuesday saying they will seek legislation that would subject illegal immigrants only to misdemeanor prosecution or fines as an alternative to the sterner measure passed by the House last year."
This has something to do with a law regarding visa/passport holders that has existed for many years. It has nothing to do with illegal alien scumbags.

What? I thought he was proud of the fact that he ''killed ''this immigration bill. Wasn't this the same jerk that was saying ''we killed the patriot act bill''? Now he wants to reschedule? Make up your mind dingy. Your wearing on my nerves!

The GOP should introduce Harry Reid's 1993 bill and ask for an up or down vote on it.

Reid and the Dems still want the issue, not the bill. They want the Dems to be the pro-immigration party and the GOP the mean-spirited anti-immigrant party. They see the Senate bill as a way to split the GOP. The Senate will eventually pass the McCain-Kennedy "amnesty" bill after defeating GOP attempts to amend it. Then the "nasty" GOP bill in the House will cause the Senate version to die in conference or on the Senate floor thus giving the Dems a mid-term election issue.

Why are both parties hell bent on getting the illegals on track for citizenship? It should be just the opposite; anyone entering our country illegally should be eliminated from ever being granted citizenship. That should cause a few million in the future to stand in line and follow the proper procedures.
In essence what these bozos are saying is, that if a person breaks into our house and stays long enough without being evicted, we should put that person on the title.
