I saw the A&E movie about United 93. It provides a pretty high standard for the theatrical movie to compete with, much better than I expected from A&E. No real politics, not a whole lot of embellishment, it seemed pretty accurate to the story, given that we'll never really know all of what went on in the cabin of that 757 during the last 30 minutes before it crashed.

I, too, saw the A&E movie, and was surprised at how good it was. It had me alternatively bawling my eyes out, and mad as heck at the people who did this to us. The actors all did a great job. Particularly moving were the conversations with the passengers loved ones when they realized what was happening. Will I see the movie? Not sure, yet.
I just read the flight 93 transcript and it contains some pretty weird stuff...were they preparing to behead the pilot, or did they in fact behead him? They chant just like in the videos, and the context might suggest it. We will never know.
Read the transcript. It's chilling.
They didn't have to throw in Tom Brokaw afterwards though.
