And because of your closeness to the actual event and the days that followed, you feel you are in a position to judge all others?
Your anguish over 911 is readily apparent, but you seem to think you hold the monopoly on it. You don't.
No one on this thread has suggested that they do not have the time to bother anymore. That is your projection based on nothing other than whether they'll see a movie or not.
You're the one who has a reading comprehension problem.
No one on this thread has forgotten 9/11. No one on the thread, certainly not the people you are calling "Michael Moore" and "Cindy Sheehan" are saying they don't have the "time to be bothered."
Going to see a movie won't change or enhance my feelings or beliefs about 9/11. I may go see the movie or I may not, but that decision doesn't have anything to do with whether or not I'm apathetic about 9/11. What a ridiculous accusation.
I understand you have strong feelings, but your feelings are clouding your judgement on this. You owe an apology to the people on this thread who you've been calling "Michael Moore" and "Cindy Sheehan" and "liberal." And you need to get a grip on yourself and use your brain.
My father died three years ago yesterday. One of the things he said the day before he died was that he was scared for our country because of how complacent and weak we have allowed ourselves to become.
I'm not saying that those who are not going to see the movie are wimps. I am saying that I believe we as a nation seem to have forgotten what the Islamic jihadis were willing then and I fear are more than willing now to do unless we strengthen our resolve - and destroy them.
Those hijackers on Flight 93 and all the other flights were in my opinion nothing more than khawarij which must be utterly vanquished and destroyed. They could not be reasoned with on 09/11 - they can't be reasoned with today.
Sorry about being a little off topic, and I thank you for your service.
