the man works at Cisco and doesn't telecommute?? Holy cow, I have a cisco program on my PC that I use by accessing any wireless connection and can go anywhere by IP my customers are..

most telecommunciations companies I've worked for don't allow telecommuting.

it's more important for managers to be able to look over shoulders,preside over 'food day',and have meetings about
'office norms'.

I'm telecommuting as I surf FR. Patching an Oracle DB in CA right now.

I've been doing it for so long I actually like going into the office from time to time to break up the monotony :-)
