The problem is not that America practices free trade, rather it is that so few of our trading partners do.

China and India are smart enough to make sure that the ruling elite in the U.S. (you know, the ones that our government answer to), get richer off of their protectionist trade policies. So then the U.S. elite make sure our government keeps selling out the American worker.
