I certainly remember kids like him in my grade school. I remember they were labeled 'bad'. Nobody helped them live up to their potential. What happened to women in labor 100 years ago? I was one of the bad kids. Hated school, could not sit still, drifted off, threw spit balls, pencils, sometimes chairs. Today I make over 200 k a year, making spitballs such as artificial hearts.

As for droupout rates, it seems to me that medicated drooling boy idiots would be more likely to stay in governemnt schools these days. As compared to true boys who would get out of this medicated indoctrination plan as soon as they could.
If I were entering middle school today, government school system, I'd likely shoot myself. Besides, it is not like government school boy graduates go on to college or anything, compared to 20 years ago. Must be the drool pile that slips them up.
And when the drooling medicated ones go on to college, they continue to drop out. But they are no longer on LMNOP meds. Delayed failure, drooling and not tossing pencils, for years. Only to get off thir meds, and drop out anyway.
The failure is in our castrating government school system.

I played recess, tackling other boys, getting dirty, throwing balls at each other, roughousing, falling off the monkey bars. We pointed fingers at each other and said bang. We had pocket knives. We wittled wood with them. Still here I am. Do they even have monkey bars today? Or now are they yoga pads?
Finally, it is not drop out boys that go on government assistance. It is the girls with kids and no husbands. See, they don't need them, because boys are bad. Drug them or throw rocks at them.
