Do you think a nation should exercise control over the flow of non-citizens into its territory? I repeat Swain's question. Not in a taunting way ... I truly want to understand what the pro-illegal-immigration folks ... the ones labeling everybody xenophobes and bigots ... are themselves proposing.
A completely open border? A continuation of the current enforcement system?
If letting, say, 80% through is good and moral and healthy for our nation ... why not drop all pretense and let 100% through?
I truly don't understand what is being proposed by the President, McCain, Kennedy ... and others who oppose serious border enforcement.
