Antiterror chief advises committee

By Jan Silva, Associated Press | April 21, 2006

BRUSSELS -- Investigations into reports that US agents shipped prisoners through European airports to secret detention centers have produced no evidence of illegal CIA activities, the European Union's antiterrorism coordinator said yesterday.

The investigations also have not turned up any proof of secret renditions of terror suspects on EU territory, Gijs de Vries told a European Parliament committee investigating the allegations.

The European Parliament's probe and a similar one by the continent's leading human rights watchdog are looking into whether US intelligence agents interrogated Al Qaeda suspects at secret prisons in Eastern Europe and transported some on secret flights through Europe.

So yet again, a slime ball Democrat Party accusation, blared repeatedly by the Junk Media turns out to be a lie. Where do we go to get compensation for the damage the Democrats and their Junk Media stoodges have done to our PR efforts in the War On Terror?

I think you're right. Looks like more "drive-by journalisim" to me.

Even more impressive in the fact that it appeared in the Boston Globe.

Wonder if the whole story was a sting operation to find a leaker in the CIA.

Our secret prison is in downtown Tehran. Nobody would think to look there.

Maybe .. I do remember in that Senate hearing .. Porter Goss making a point to mention an on going investigation in the CIA to find the leaker

I think it was the same hearing Rockefeller was rambling and talking about Senate members being asked to take a polygraph test

My thoughts are still "So what if the U.S. had secret prisons? That would always be preferable to having thousands more of our friends and neighbors murdered by islamic terrorists."

If only.

I wish the Bush Administration had it in them to play hardball like that.

Exposing him has helped.

Good point, Mo.

Maybe I'm a cockeyed optimist, but I think that at some point down the line, the incessant lying about this President and his administration during a time of war is going to bear bitter fruit.

There will be consequences to this leftist treason, one way or another.

And I am praying for that to be soon.
