Still, I've been on SWA flights lately and I'd say their service is slipping. Staff are less courteous and a lot less patient. I'd say the new president is letting things go on the service side.
It seemed like Herb paid more attention to the subtleties of service in body language and tone as well as policy.

Still, I've been on SWA flights lately and I'd say their service is slipping.The only service I care about is getting there on time and in one piece. Nobody does that better than SWA.
