You are exactly right but it's hard for us to keep control of Congress when so many of "our guys" are under investigation by the Justice Department for being in the pockets of crooks like Jack Abrahamoff and other lobbyists and some like Duke Cunningham and Tom Delay have already cost us two seats. Of course it would be difficult for ol'Duke to vote on important bills from his prison cell.
