Mary McCarthy of the 20817 zip code in Bethesda Md. not only gave $2,000 to the Kerry campaign on 3/14/2004, she also gave $5,000 to the Democratic Party of Ohio on 10/5/2004...

Defence information leak charges denied

ALEXANDRIA, Virginia: Condoleezza Rice's spokesman yesterday branded as 'utterly false' a lawyer's claim the secretary of state leaked national defence information to a pro-Israel lobbyist charged with receiving and disclosing such information. The assertion came as a federal judge granted a defence request to issue subpoenas for Rice and three other government officials in the trial of Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman, the former lobbyists with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee charged in the case.

"The claims by these defence lawyers are utterly false," Rice's spokesman, Sean McCormack, said.

"The secretary is the most careful person in the handling of classified information and she absolutely did not convey classified information to either of these individuals," McCormack said.

Prosecutors also disputed the claim.

Defence lawyers want a judge to dismiss the charges because the lawyers believe the case seeks to criminalise the type of backchannel exchanges among government officials, lobbyists and the Press that are common in Washington.

During Friday's hearing, US District Judge T S Ellis III said he is considering dismissing the entire case because the law used to prosecute Rosen and Weissman may be unconstitutionally vague and broad and may infringe on freedom of speech.

The answer is very simple. They had decided to make Ohio their Floriduh in the 2004 election. The elite donations from lawyers and insiders like Mary McTraitor gave the rats in Ohio probably a Million $'s bring Rat lawyers, the Jesse Jacksons of their party and other trouble makers to try and coup that election like they tried in 2000.

Then how many consultants/speakers are hired by Rat Pseudo Non Profit and paid a good size sum for doing nothing. Then they give that money to the political candidate of choice of elite super rich rat. Last but not least, some silent/hidden donations may fall into the pockets of rats like Mary McTraitor, which end up as donations to the Ohio Rat Party to fund post election coup attempt.
