The Immigration Wars (Che Guevara & La Reconquista)
FrontPageMagazine ^ | 4/24/2006 | William R. Hawkins

Conservative talk radio made much of all the foreign flags being waved during the first round of pro-illegal alien demonstrations in March. So when protests were staged in Washington April 10, organizers distributed thousands of American flags and warned activists not to wave the standards of Mexico or El Salvador. CASA of Maryland distributed many of these new false flags. CASA was founded in 1985 by mostly El Salvadoran leftists fleeing from the anti-communist government supported by the Reagan administration during the civil wars in Central America.

The effort to change the image of the April protest was only partially successful. The first demonstrator I encountered outside my office was holding an American flag, but was wearing a Che Guevara T-shirt. Since he had presumably dressed himself, his decision to glorify the communist revolutionary was more indicative of his outlook than the flag given to him for PR purposes.

Some demonstrators have raised the issue of "La Reconquista" of the American Southwest by Mexican immigrants.

My truck driver friends all swear that the white T shirts were all paid for by GM but I haven't been able to track down any evidence of it. However, these truckers see a lot of what goes on.

"Yet, polls consistently show that the vast majority of Americans do not want to see their tax dollars used to subsidize "cheap labor" with the welfare checks, remedial education programs, health care benefits and larger prisons that come with any expansion of a destitute Marxist-style "working class" favored in some dim-witted business circles. I say dim-witted because the business community will be the first to suffer if there is a demographic shift to the left in American politics. For business leaders to advocate the enfranchisement of millions of illegal aliens would be the perfect example of the old adage "penny wise, but pound foolish.""

Yep.

IRVINE, Calif. (AP) - President Bush had a blunt message Monday for fellow Republicans focusing only on get-tough immigration policies: He said sending all the nation's estimated 11 million illegal immigrants back to their home countries is not the answer.

"Massive deportation of the people here is unrealistic - it's just not going to work," Bush said. "You know, you can hear people out there hollering it's going to work. It's not going to work."

"One thing we cannot lose sight of is that we're talking about human beings, decent human beings that need to be treated with respect," the president said.

Does anyone have pic of a Mexican flag with a red circle and diagonal bar denoting "not allowed?"

I think these would be good for counter protests. Wouldn't have to say a word, just show the Mexican flag with the universal not allowed symbol across the face of it.

Fine, then don't "deport" them. Escort them back across the border.

Put up a fence first and it will work just fine.

Unspoken but heard loud and clear, "I will not throw my family relatives out of America, no matter how loud the 280 million ignorant Middle Class American scream!" and "I love the Religion of Peace People!"

From the article: My favorite banner was a large one carried by six marchers which read, in both English and Spanish, "For A World Without Borders And Law."

world without laws = anarchy

Since he had presumably dressed himself, his decision to glorify the communist revolutionary was more indicative of his outlook than the flag given to him for PR purposes.

Speculation. He could just be an idiot. A young friend of mine has been taken to wearing a Soviet Cavalry hat over the winter. His family is political, and liberal, but he at least claims not to have known what the big red star on the front was a symbol for. In any case the Che shirts are popular with the kids these days, and it can't all be explained as political; to many of those wearing them are, for all intents and purpose, a-political.

Also even socialists in America have been known to parade the flag around. Our republic is after all a progressivist regime by the dialectics of communism.

Where is the money coming from to finance the get out the demonstrator kids?

Maybe these guys need the work:

schoolwalkouts.info/

"The National Lawyers' Guild and other local legal organizations have established this web site in order to assist students, teachers and parents who have been affected by the recent student walk-outs in Los Angeles and the surrounding area.

Before you do anything else, go get any papers you have related to an incident (truancy ticket, suspension, or other) and put them in a safe place. You will need them!

This web site is designed so that you can both learn about your rights regarding school matters, and also let us know of problems you may have had because of the recent walk-outs. We cannot promise to represent you, but for WALK-OUT related matters we can try to connect you with an attorney who is available to help you handle your truancy, suspension or other school discipline matter.

If you click the link at the top of your screen entitled "Know Your Rights," you will find some useful information about student rights, truancy laws, and the consequences of school walk outs.

If you click the link at the top of your screen entitled "Tell Your Story," you will be able to send us facts about what happened to you so that we can try to find someone to help you. Just fill out the short form. We will then try to get back to you as soon as possible. "

Here's a message from a Houston My Space page.

"3/30/2006 7:00 PM

MARCH 30th:
At a press conference on Monday, several persons asked if anyone was organizing an event for the National Mobilization Day on April 10 called by several groups participating in the New American Opportunity Campaign See http://www.cirnow.org

Gordon Quan said he would donate $500 for permits and when we asked him, if he was organizing this he answered " No you are." ....

Spread this to as many people as you can - high school students and college students unite!!!"

Note: See Gordon Quan

Gordon Quan has devoted his practice to the area of Immigration and Nationality Law ...

Mr. Quan was elected to the Houston City Council and was instrumental in creating the Mayor's Office for Immigration and Refugee Affairs as well as a series of day-labor sites around the city.

I have been covering, ( Seamole calls it ) psuedo-blogging, for years, a couple of the elements in WWIV ( III being the Cold War ), in which we find ourselves engaged.

The first element?

Islam, a Religion of Peace®? ( links, blogs, quips, quotes, aggravating pictures ) is located here- click the Pic, and scroll backwards:

The other, somewhat interlocking element is this one:

"Thunder on the Border," click the picture:

Notice that upside down American flag?

What is happening under the radar is that the alien lobby, certain elements of radical Islam, and some on the Left share common goals, tactics, and exploitations of our system and society.

Not a conspiracy, but rather a "coming together on common points." A confluence- becoming a tsumani...

I wish a reporter had gone around among the protesters and asked them where they got their American flags. It may have been a real eye opener.
