I wonder what has happened to common sense in this country. Treason is treason, no matter who commits it and should be treated as such when the acts of individuals or groups call for it.
The Investigative Project on terrorism ( IPT ) reports that the Queens, New York-based Islamic Thinkers Society held a rally outside of the Israeli consulate last week in response to the recent Tel Aviv bombings.
Identified by Kilafah flags, they are also noted for their nasty remarks about Jews, Christians, homosexuals, Israel, Danes, and anyone else that has shown contempt for Islamic actions around the globe. However, this rally sparked something in me that really stuck in my craw, and should for every American. Members of the group held signs that said “Islam will dominate,” with pictures of the Islamic flag hanging over the White House.
Plain and simple, this is treason. Any group calling for the domination of the nation where they reside in, should be high treason. These people should be arrested, the group dismantled and outlawed, and the individuals sent to prison.
I took these quotes from the Counter Terrorism Blog (Islamic Quotes) to show the mentality of Muslims living here in America and other free nations.
They claim they refuse to accept the United Nations, they told the FBI and CIA to burn in Hell, and they told Homeland Security to burn in Hell.
They also claimed that a mushroom cloud was on the way. This in itself should be enough to put these idiots up on charges. They claim they will follow no one but Allah and refuse to accept the USA as any authority to be acknowledged. They claim Islam will dominate the world.

When your gov't refuses to protect its borders, and willing looks to legalize a entire class of criminals.....who left to arrest those committing treason?
Islam is not a religion, its a declaration of war.

That seems like the right standard - we don't arrest people for their religion but we do have laws against advocating violent overthrow of the government.
While it describes objectionable behavior, I fail to find treason or even sedition.

Don't believe any of this rises to the level of treason:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Somebody best point out to Mr. Fisher nobody has declared Islam the enemy. Wishing for an Islamic Republic of the United States is not a crime.
You have it right. You dont have to go to a meeting of Islamics to see treason. You can watch most any democrat in their TV appearances.

The problem with declaring a movement or religion an "enemy" is you are faced with doing something about every person who is a member of that movement or religion.
Do a little research, its not just mexicans comming over the border, its all nationallities and many of those are enemies of the U.S.
