Jesus did not say to give blind forgiveness to everyone; Which sinners were excluded when he gave his life on the cross?

Which sinners were excluded when he gave his life on the cross? Oh, just everyone who doesn't accept Him as their personal savior.

Those that do not accept Him as their savior are kind of out to lunch when it comes to forgiveness. There was no amnesty period given.

The reprobate were excluded. John 10:14,26-27. Not all hear His voice for not all are His sheep. He gave His life for His sheep AND He gives them eternal life. His atonement is effectual, not just potential.
