When I got on the 405 North yesterday at 6:00 PM, the meter light was a solid green. That NEVER happens. Furthermore, total traffic had to be down at least 50%. When I got back on to the 405 South, 30 minutes later, I was able to go from on ramp to car pool lane without interference from another vehicle. Normally, it's a lane to lane effort with bumper to bumper traffic doing 20 mph.
It appears to me, that at least 50% of the drivers shouldn't be in this country, and a large percentage of those are uninsured motorists. They are a big contributor to rising fuel demands and appear to be the single biggest contributor to traffic congestion. If the illegals were dealt with, Southern California would be a much nicer place to live and work.
Take two tablespoons of barely edible goo, put it in the middle of a tortilla, roll up tortilla.
There, secret's out. Now at least a few of them can go home.
They want 'justice, rights'. Why not fight for them in their own country? Because it's easier to steal them in the US.
Let's see - yesterday I shopped at a landscaping company (their Mexicans were working), mowed the lawn, planted plants, went grocery shopping, and ate a wrap for lunch.
So, what to do today ?
The West Coast is now the West Bank.
bah.. americanized burritos are better anyway. i happen to like cheese and fresh veggies on mine. they can take their vaguely edible glop with them when they go.
In a Denver paper a few days ago, a despairing school official said a poll indicated fifty per cent of Hispanic kids dropped out of high school because: I. hard times at home. 2. low self esteem. 3. Peer pressure. Now California thinks they can solve this same problem with more counselors. Soon to come: No high school or college standards at all, no exams, don't bother with class, come one, come all, FREE! Mexico has never ever placed any importance on education. It's a cultural problem. They don't think beyond the end of their noses, and dem. politicians see them, quite rightly, as the new house slaves.
One third of illegals are on welfare.
What a golden opportunity to skim the pondscum from the gene pool.

Years ago on my first trip to Nogales, Son. I bought a burrito from a street vendor. I commented to my brother on how tasty it was. He gave me a sidelong glance and remarked "Notice that there are no dogs running around?"

I'd like to know the stats of car breakdowns, crashes, and garbage on the freeway causing traffic jams yesterday as opposed to the rest of the year. Think CHP will tell us? I suspect the reason we were all flying around on the freeway was because 99% of the uninsured junkers on wheels were off the road.
