I don't hold nannies responsible for this kind of crap anymore. I hold the smokers who continue to spend money at nonsmoking establishments after the bans responsible. If they ban it in your area, don't solicit the businesses. A 25% drop in business will end a smoking ban in any area.

Well, Maine forced a total smoking ban a few years ago, and lots of us do not go into restaurants or bars anymore.  And a lot of businesses have closed.  And that doesn't make the anti's reconsider.  They could care less if a business can't make it or not.  The won just by getting the ban through.
