Many died from secondary infections. That wouldn't happen today.

Me too. I keep six months worth of dried food plus water and a water filter. I think most of the hysteria is on the part of the government and MSM which seem to be doing everything they can to promote it.
My ex is a genetics researcher (double Ph.D.) with the National Institute of Health. She believes the threat represents a real potential disaster.
My ashthma and allergy doctor isn't worried about the bird flu. Even if there is an outbreak, he thinks we can handle it.
