scientists were speculating avian flu to be nearing the point of mutation, but it has not occurred.

Am thinking it is already spreading from very close contact based on current cases that WHO is reporting. Am referring to recent cases in England and elsewhere were family members or those living in close proximity all were infected.

Nobody died or even caught avian flu in the UK, so less hysteria please.
